Hello guys, I had many companies and quit them because they weren't profitable. Now I'm thinking every single day what should I open and can't get any idea in my mind. Want something that no one did and something cool and which is profitable. I have a great friend which can code. He knows C C++ C# Java Python PHP ASP JSP Node.js VB.NET Object-C and Stratch so no worries about that. I'm thinking about some social media apps or something else. Please help!

Yeah, I'm running a server for like 4 years and have many experience but if i want good server, I need to add a lot of money in it... 1) Know your audience. Perhaps target a audience with less people, such as older people, or maybe tackle the audience which has all people, harder to become on top, but if you do you reap the rewards of much larger benefits.
2) Don't expect it to happen overnight. You seem pretty level headed by what you said, I'm assuming you know what your talking about, ideas wont just come in the first few nights. It takes a lot of real work to get ideas.
3) Find someone with equal passion. When you look for a partner, if you look for a partner. Do not look for someone who simply only has eyes on money, yes that's the core of a business however, if you find someone who wants to run the company just as much as you, how many success stories do you hear that say "When I was just XXX years old, I wanted money" They sound more like "See me and my friend both really wanted to run a company..."
4) Don't make a instagram V2, don't do that for any app for that matter, make something unique, maybe combine 2 core functions of some heavily popular apps however add a twist that will make yours even better.
Instagram was popular as it was *limited* to only photos.
Twitter was popular as it was *Semi Limited* to only text.
Facebook was popular because there is *near to no limits*.
Choosing the limits can be a risk and will be the success. If you don't have any limits you simply have FacebookV2 if you limit to only sending people photos and messages thats already done to.
5) Advertisement, I have no clue when it comes to this its 100% important though.
6) Monetisation. How will this make money? Will you sell ad slots, will you have a form of currency, will you have games and claim a percentage from developers who knows! Make sure to optimise it to your standards. (Something you or your consumers would purchase
7) Put your heart and soul into this, take your time make it perfect. Don't settle for ok.
I am wanting to make one too I might make a game company I suggest that.
