So you want it so if they message another player it will tell an admin. Or if they talk in chat. or both?
How large of a plugin will you do for free?
Its a treasure hunt plugin. An OP / Timer actives the command. Timer to execute is in config. A chest is spawned in the world randomly ( in config a max & min x and z coords ) with items in it. # of items in chest is defined by config. Can execute commands when found. It broadcasts the coords & whoever gets it.

a really simple freeze/screenshare plugin. My developer is too lazey(For the size of the server, its upsetting) All it needs is:
Command /freeze (player)
When frozen, they receive a message that is done in the config + they have god mode (cant hit others or be hit)
Could not find one online that I trusted. using a bungee server

Lucky Blocks (For Prison Servers):
- Break a sponge, you have a chance of getting xp, money, items, etc.
- Have a config? - Doesn't need it.
Command /luckyblock (on/off):
enables it / disables it.
