I guess I'll be the first to post it - exercise. I'll go for short runs every few days and while it's more of a preventative measure than anything, it really helps if I get into a deep funk. Please don't neglect it, especially now.
When I do feel down, it's almost always after something, which usually means it's night time.
So I usually just go find a nice chair or place to lie down, preferably outside, and put on this playlist, and vibe till I come around.
My tip: sometimes, it's better to just weather it out, than try and solve the problem. It's taken me a while to force myself to stop trying to solve everything. Spinning out and hitting dead ends for an hour or two is mentally taxing. Just rest. Work it out on the fly.
