About a year ago I remember coding several plugins for people on here. One of them issued a charge-back on PayPal even though they received the plugin file + source as requested. I saw the dispute opened on PayPal but I was afraid to open up a dialogue with this person as I've heard in the past that PayPal always favors the buyer and I had fear of losing my PayPal account. So I sent them a email to them asking why they issued a charge-back. I never got a response. About 4 months later I found out what their MCM profile was and that they were banned from MCM.
My question is should I have talked to them over PayPal and if so what should I have said? How do you handle something like this? I know there are a lot of people trying to abuse MCM services.
