What do you do when setting up?

Just a question for all those who know how to set-up a server as I would like to try it out myself. What do you actually set up for the people? Just get the plugins and builds? Or do you have to download and configure the plugins, get custom build for them etc. Would appreciate it if you could let me know. Cheers

For a server set up, you include:
Builds only if you own them or their public and allow distribution
Plugin Configurations
Non-Paid Plugin Jars
A server jar if it's public and not paid

If you get
