Larger networks with good quality managers and runners and builders. what do they charge them to keep up the solid work. where do you even find really good managers that can build a solid good server that keeps players coming back?

I'm just a tiny dead server but was wondering what kind of prices or where you find solid staff?

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Usually most staff work for free. But If you want a really good server manager or head admin. I would go for Kyonei

yea, I usually find free staff on forums like planet Minecraft and Minecraft forums, but they stick round for like a week and then are gone, even though they get full total creative control over the servers ftp, op, and a amp panel from cube coders. just not worth it anymore I need a leader I am not exactly a leader just the guy that keeps the servers up.

Just a quick question. The IP in your sig? Is the server you own?

Its best to have your most active, loyal, interactive players as staff. If you get to the stage where you're big enough, you'll have plenty of contacts from all the buying/selling you'll have done, also, all the people who generally want to contact you. That's how I assume big server owners find their senior staff.

But some of the larger servers I assume pay some people, maybe builders/devs/managers/network managers.[DOUBLEPOST=1459114749][/DOUBLEPOST]I also have gotten a lot of reply's in the past from younger players, below 15. But for managing a server I'm just not feeling it.

Honestly those of us who stick around the longest are worth our paying price. I don't wander around, I stick to one place and such, thus I'm taking so long to find a network I like, because I'm not going to leave it once I've accepted it. It depends on what you want in a manager/CM though.

well, first off, being small I don't have lots of money to throw around nor am i myself a manager, just the guy that keeps the servers online, i like community, but not much a leader, that being said i have offered all my managers this offer if there work pays off. http://betaserver.bioprotege-inc.net/agreement.html right now my money is being tied up because i hired a build team entity builds to build me a proper spawn for new time guests to the network.[DOUBLEPOST=1459116619][/DOUBLEPOST]But mostly i just give full creative control on one server to build and manage off of.
