What do you guys think about Fortnite being removed from the App Store?

What are ya'll opinions on Apple removing Fortnite from the app store because of them implementing their own in app payment system?

It was due to the 30 - 15% fee apple charges on every purchase. Its a lot, but now its just gone from the App Store. It kind of reminds me of the Spotify and Apple case back a couple years ago.

I agree, they broke the services, now they are going to make it out like they are the victim. Just look at their tweets. Seems like a repeat of Spotify. But in Spotify's case, they had something. It was similar to Apple Music. Apple doesn't have anything similar to fortnite. Unless its going to be

i don't like apple, i don't like fortnite, therefore i am neutral

epic DOES need to bend to apple somewhat, as they're using the apple platform to promote their game. however, a 30% fee and restrictive payment processing is insane for something digital, especially compared to sites like eBay, which take just 10% for actual, tangible item sales. Apple also had leaked screenshots (these are in Cal's thread) proving that they don't consistently apply these rules when they desire a certain app to be on their store. Therefore, Apple bad Epic better
