What do you honestly need to start a server

Can you explain how getting a life = mc-market?

Here's things I'd suggest:

• Have a reasonable amount of money, enough to support the host, development of the server, custom features and enough to buy a reasonable website
• A good staff team - to keep your server nice oby
• Advertisements - to boost player count

With all of this being said, it's really just money. With money, you can create server's with other's basically doing it all. Hiring a staff team, devs, managers, purchasing advertisements ect...
