Like probably 70%+ are in high school on here. I was wondering what is anyone planning to do after high school.

I plan on studying computer science at a University in California. Then going to wonder and do some cool stuff in Palo Alto. The reason why I say this is because I want to be around there because it's just me. A lot of people (including my parents) say I won't be able to get there but I aim for success and I don't settle for less. (I live in Texas so that is why)

Palo Alto is the wrong place to go if you're looking for tech startups to work with or start. The city is expensive and corporate owned by companies that were the original startups. If you're looking for the next silicon valley then head to Colorado. Its great here.

*This will likely only apply to US Residents*
I have been out of high school for 6 years now. Just wanted to throw out some advice;
  1. Go to College. APPLY FOR FAFSA (even if you don't think you'll get it, do it anyways.)
  2. Go to a Community College in your district, get your cores out of the way. (math, speech, reading, writing, etc.)
  3. Once you have all your core/prereqs out of the way, get a degree. No breaks, finish it.
  4. Build your credit. Get a credit card for emergencies ONLY (no excuses.)
  5. Live with your parents/family as long as you, and they, can stand. Save up as much money as possible.
  6. Get reliable transportation. (used is fine, don't try to be flashy or "cool". Buying new is not always a good idea.)
  7. Learn a trade along side pursuing your degree path. (Carpentry, Welding, Concrete, something you can fallback on in hard times.)
  8. Keep a healthy and constructive hobby. (art, botany, whatever you enjoy that "makes" something tangible.)
  9. MAKE A BUDGET AND STICK TO IT. (a great program, available on Steam, is YNAB = You Need A Budget.)
Not a perfect list, there is a lot of sound advice out there. I have found these to be extremely beneficial for myself and wish I would have taken more of these up at a younger age.
