What do you think is a fair price for this Towny Spawn?

Ok, so me and my galpals we work together to create some pretty fun builds, this is the spawn we built for our server. We are looking into possibly building out for other servers, but with the time put into the details of our builds, we would need to determine if the cost would weigh the art. So let us know (honestly) what you would be paying for this server spawn.

With this in mind, let me tell you a few things.

First and foremost this spawn comes with multiple decorations, setups to change with the seasons and holidays. This spawn is about 500x500 offering markets, game area's hubs portals and much more, this is an example of only 3 maps (that's what you would be looking at buying if you were). Fall, Summer, and a Halloween copy.
