What do you think my survival server is worth?

Hey, I run a survival server that is around bug free to my knowledge, I host this through pebblehost and I have a discord along with the server, the spawn was custom built, and I am no longer interested in working on this, if I were to sell this can somebody tell me what this is worth? and if anyone is interested? heres the Ip, you can peek at it. 158.69.4.141:25568

I would try and give some more background on the server if you're wanting a quote. Some things that you can include are the following:

1.) Has it made any donations, if so how much have you made?
2.) Can you post a link to the discord server // how many members are in it
3.) What domain / graphics come with this
4.) How long has this server been a thing
5.) How many current players // has it released before
