Hello everyone! As my status has stated, I've been working on a Factions spawn called 'Magic'. It's finally done and I'd like to know what you all think about it and what I can do to improve on it.

It was mainly build by Me and another user named Annegare. ( Not sure if on MCM )

Looks amazing to me! I'm going to guess it's 81x81.

I would value this at $45 to the right buyer, and $25 for a quicksell, but I'm not the best appraiser

LOL! I just made a prediction based on the size. I used to build A LOT and I know that the majority of builds would have an odd numbered size so the spawn point can be a single block. Also, I guessed that the towers on the edges were about 13x13 making two at 26, with proper spacing between them + the roadway would make each quadrant 40x40!
