What do you want to see from a hosting company?

My name is Toni and I own the VPS and Dedicated Server provider called metalnode. Today, I wanted to see what the community wants from a hosting company (i.e. I want to see more VPS sellers or I think that some should make a Minecraft Hosting that's free.)

Those are just stupid examples but I genuinely want to hear the community thinks and what other fellow hosts think.
