Gamemode
The gamemode of choice will be factions and I am praying that you wont say Custom Factions as all that annoys me lol.
Added Features
I have decided that having a bland factions mode is like Mc Vanilla not too fun! So I will be adding McMMO or I can pay a developer to make a custom version called "AcroAttributes" Which will be like McMMO just with broad features and sellable skills and more!
We will also have KoTHs
Our KoTH's are going to be scheduled 2 a day one at 12 PM Central Time Zone. One at 12 AM Central Time Zone. Or I think -6 is Central Time Zone if you are weird and do it like that XD
Re-playability
Re-playability is very important. It is what the players will
come back for!
We will not only have KoTH's but Suppy Crate Drops.
Now these supply crates are your terrible every 10 minutes. These will be 4 a day and will carry special items...Even ranks

-If you have a problem the people named [Helpers] are there for a reason. Mods/Admins may be busy with other things and might not be able to respond.
-No bigotry (I feel the word faggot and gay and even N*gga have become in our culture people who were Millennials know what I mean. These will most likely not be punishable. But saying Kill the N*ggas and Gays and Fags. Will get you banned not only for threats but extreme cases of bigotry.
-Staff and Players are equal one just has more commands. Treat them equal. Same punishments will be given if you call someone a whatever as if you callled a staff. Meaning Staff Disrespect is not a thing, Player disrespect is a thing and anyone who is online or has been or is even in minecraft is a player.
-No Server Disrespect punishments. That is right being hosting in America means you get the freedom of speech. But you may not know that every right has a responsibility. Freedom of Speech and Press means you can say what you want, but slander will get you in trouble. If feel this server needs work then you say it dont just say

Instead
"F*ck this LAGGY server"
Therefore we can identify a problem and solve it.

Auto TP: So your viewers do not have to wait 5 seconds although if you are caught abusing this like if you are in a pvp match and you get out of combat tag and he is chasing you you have to stop and wait 5 seconds.
Access To Allowing Gamma 10.00: This is basically fullbright and will allow viewers to see. We may add this available to all players. You will not be banned if you are caught merely a warning. If the problem persists staff will proceed with instructions via me.
Small Giveaways: Whether it is a milestone or your birthday, we will give you once every 3 months a giveaway! There are some rules that apply to this giveaway.
The giveaway is to sponsor our content if the user does not know about it.
You may NOT ask for subs for the winner or ANY type of gain for yourself.
You may not rig it and winners picked by me.
Sponsored Content: Nothing you will get nothing that helps you except what I am listing. No special kits, no extra balance, no /god mode, no /fly (Except in your own claim). The sponored videos will be provided by me showing off the clips using all the ranks/gkits
Fly: You may not fly ANYWHERE besides your own claim. Again common knowledge coming into play. You cannot just claim 50 or something then fly around the entire nether looking for blazes. No, you may fly at your base showing it off, or helping build it.

I never have time to grind and therefore not as geared up as the rest so I buy a rank not to get over powered, but it is merely redbull before the race. See when you are in McCombat that god rank will not help you. Skill>Money. Sure you can buy a rank and have more than the other player, but we have solutions
Buycraft ranks will be accessible in game. So if you don't want to do the hard work of staying on your computer for hours you can buy on off buycraft, or you can earn it via in game.
Plus not even counting the amount of high end rank giveaways I myself will be doing

A:Members will be required to join through a modded .jar file allowing them to bypass the netty in the Mojang .jar that blocks servers. Allow them to join whenever.
Q: What payment plugin will you be using
A: Buycraft. I think it looks cleaner imo.
Q: What EULA compliant items will you have for sale?
A:We will have many EULA compliant such as CosKeys, CosCash, and many more you can just buy in shop. Plus features like all speed all etc!
