That's not how the law works, at least not in the US.
The burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt ('innocent until proven guilty'). So unless they have proof you knew about it, you won't be in trouble (i.e. this thread, but this is mostly hearsay, there is still no proof you know for a fact they are carded).

As 0n. pointed out, getting a single account or boost isn't going to get you in any kind of trouble. You would need to be buying/reselling in bulk for anyone to care (worst-case scenario is the carder gets caught and you're questioned to provide information like username/email etc).

Either way, I don't recommend buying these types of accounts. A lot of times it's someone else's account that you don't have much control over and you will eventually lose access to. Just spend the extra couple bucks a month for your own account/subscription. If you can't afford it, do you actually need it?

Carding is the act of deceit and fraud by taking information contained in/of a debit and/or credit card, without knowledge or consent of the owner.

Carding typically only comes up in instances of McDonald’s accounts, Amazon refund methods, and occasionally general fraud involving VISA gift cards.

I don’t know what else people are telling you in here, but just don’t do it and you’ll be fine.
