What drawing tablet should i get?

Hey i was wondering what drawing tablet to get. I was thinking of getting the Huion GT-191 tablet which ive looked around and found alot of good reviews. Or should i wait and get a wacom cintiq 13hd which cost around 250 extra. Obviously wacom is the big brand for drawing tablets but i found alot of youtubers recently doing reviews on the Huion gt 191 and they said it was really good. Would really appreciate some feedback on which i should get.

WACOM - around £650
1920x1080
13 inch screen.

HUION - around £400
1920x1080
19.5 inch screen.

I use the Artist 22HD from XP-Pen and has served me well up till now, have it at least half a year.
