What gamemode is good?

So I haven't owned a Minecraft server in about a year as I've been playing other games and been working on projects. So, I am wanting to open a server as there is Discord which I feel can help a lot and just in general I miss owning a server. I am wanting to ask you guys on what gamemode is good. I know a lot about Factions, Creative, Plots and know some mini games, but what would help me grow? I mean, there are so many servers out there I feel like by now its really hard to stand out but any suggestions etc would be nice. And no, I'm not some 10 year old.... I am 16 and have 3 jobs and make $400+ a WEEK so I have way more than enough to run a server.

Don't do factions. It's a trap. Unless you offer payouts weekly/end of the map and have a lot of custom dynamic content stay away from factions.

Ya, I've done factions in the past and they work out but to many stupid trolls.... and I don't find it as fun. I am thinking about Prison but I just find that gamemode so boring since you legit just mine, rankup and then thats rlly it xD
