why did they get banned originally and why are they banned again?

Banned the first time due to 1.6.2.
Banned the second time for saying something a bit racist in shoutbox. (in my opinion it wasn't.)
Broke a lot of rules over the 2019 year, then was banned this year due to that. Sucks, but that's how rules work. :shrug:
Yea obviously, but for the reason provided, it doesn't exactly tell what the user did to get banned. That's what he was asking.
He's asking for what rule that he broke/action that he did to get himself banned, not for EVERY single warning. Think about what you comment before posting so you don't make yourself look like an idiot, thanks.
