What happened to Anex Services

So talking about louis now. Who thinks he scammed?
And why?
Also if the owners of the Involve service company sees this, why did you advertise in their service.

10/05/2018: Also, all I wanted was an apology tbh, then the owner Abused Master decides to try to put the blame on someone else... He didn't give it to me at the end.

I believe he scammed because I've seen multiple reports on various Discords with like 10+ images of him not responding to people for days, hiding on Discord, and running off with people's money from commissions via Anex.

He never ran away with people's money, he refunded it.

He said that everyone was refunded from Anex, but that's not true. Someone else said they haven't received their refund. I knew right then and there that there'd be scam reports on him because he was trying to lie about everyone being refunded when that wasn't the case.

hmm... they could simply chargeback. Anex used G&S for a reason.

Well for a few days people tried messaging him and he wouldn't respond. People assumed he scammed and there hasn't been any proof otherwise.

He's been down for a while now. I keep trying to message him and bring his mind off it, and create a new and better company, but he literally has no emotion to his messages. He does small talk now. Let me get our old convo styles

They never used invoices. I know this because we made the ticket bot together. The bot included a paypal link not invoices.

#1: Supposedly the PayPal was 'hacked' due to him having an extremely easy password within the paypal
#2: Due to the PayPal being 'hacked', he called PayPal up regarding the issue and asked for documentation that he owned Anex, etc etc. He then asked for something to be made up and falsify the documentation.

I feel like he probably wasn't hacked but rather used it as a facade to cover up a scam. If not, he still needs to pay people back.

I rarely hear of PayPal's getting hacked in the first place, must've had a lot of haters i would say.

Explain why Anex would allow their clients to pay G&S if they could easily charge-back after receiving what they bought?

Louis now has a history of lying. First he said Anex was closed due to the PayPal being hacked, he later on said it was closed due to some Managers giving Anex a bad rep. That's coming from Louis on the Anex account.

I currently cannot provide proof as i am not on an adequate device to give it to you, nor do i want to incriminate/give up the guy/girl he asked to write up some documents/falsify the documents. Plus, Anex is dead and Louis is no where to be seen, quite curious why you are the 'Spokes Person'.

Also I was just looking at the account, and you must of misread their message in that convo on their wall.
So at first it was hacked.
Louis gained back access and secured it.
But then all the managers (majority) started saying stuff about him, and started advertising in his server.
He thought there would be no use of continueing as there was no more positive reputation in correlation to his name.
