Hi, firstly welcome to the internet where it mostly a VERY competitive place to gain buyers. There are "metric tons" of competition at your buyers' disposal so you MUST be very competitive if your going to see a single customer.
Pricing lowering is no more than "duct taping" the issue. Rather the seller should look at their offering on the "table" and compare them to the general competition. Why should I pay the price your charging when provider x is y price cheaper? What do you offer that is apart of the competition? What do you have to back yourself against your goods/services?
Take a moment and review those questions and self evaluate from there and see what you can do to set yourself apart from the competition.
I don't know how long you're waiting in between checking, but it took me a month to find a buyer for a build on here. Unless you have something in REALLY high demand, or you rob yourself with superlow prices, you're unlikely to get much sales.
