What happened to this account?

I've seen that the account "Bird" isn't taken but I can't change my name to it. minecraft haspaid thing I don't really know why, someone here does?

The account bird was last seen on Mineflow.Network and I have the user that owned it on Skype. It was on sale on mc-market once name changing was introduced, someone posted proof of it being sold to mojang, and they locked the account because they were enforcing the eula.

Somebody on MCM scammed one of my administrators for the account + TID. After a failed retrieval attempt, he contacted Mojang and just had the account and name disabled permanently. MarkElf is correct in that it was last seen on Mineflow, but unfortunately the name will probably not be available for anyone ever again.
