What happens if you change the name of a duped account. Would the name be taken because the other account has it? or will it do like normal and wait 34 days (May be mistaken)

the name will no longer be valid, if it's on a duped account any changes to either account will result in the account without the name change to keep the name. The account or any other account will not be able to claim the name.
