What do you mean by PP if its charge backed. Do you mean a payment? Also, was it G&S or F&F?
Just that? Nothing else?Don't exactly know what you mean but if you lose the claim it'll just subtract that amount from your balance
It only goes negative when you dont have anymore money? If you go negative they will get your address and send letters to fulfill the neg balance.
All Chargebacks are usually resolved in a few weeks, but they can take 75 days or more in some instances. [This includes G&S and F&F] It all depends how fast the user reply backsI think it was f&f, but please tell me the scenarios for both.

Note that the payment was sent to somebody else, and then he paid to another.[DOUBLEPOST=1532437211][/DOUBLEPOST]

Why do they send the letters?I hate when I get chargeback on and PayPal sends me letters in the mail from debt collectors.
What would they find suspicious?usually when someone chargebacks your paypal you get added to a investigation list on top of the dispute.
1) Once the dispute is over or while the dispute is still pending paypal will look at your history etc and if they find you suspicious they will limit your acocunt.
2) When and if they see that you are receiving a frequent amount of F&F transactions this too will perma limit your account
If you had a few transactions beforehand and got a dispute sometimes you will go under the radar but you are still on the watch list. Anywho my best advice is just to refund any payment of chargebacks as its not going to be worth it in the long run to try and fight it unless its something you can ultimately prove. Also anything like virtual goods you never want to try to fight for as you will get yourself limited.
I do major amounts of transactions on paypal and I am appointed my own paypal manager. I will just tell you this now. NEVER accept payments for things in Friends and Family payment unless they really are your friend or family. They actually track this kind of stuff as when you are selling things you most likely will tell people to send as F&F which is obviously a lie as they have to send as a services.
When people make disputes with F&F they dont have the option to regularly dispute it as item is not what they purchased etc but only unauthorized claim which is why many people like that. There is a way to beat that system by filing a dispute for unauthorized claim, once that happens go through the step and contact paypal via phone and explain that was the only way to dispute it and that the seller had requested it to be F&F so they can update the dispute in resolution center. This destroys the sellers paypal account if paypal sees a lot of F&F transactions
