What has MCM gotten you?

I bought a book using my money I earned on this site. :L

Not sure what kind of face that's supposed to be, but don't feel ashamed of liking books! Remember that books are awesome af! For real, to this day one of favorite things to do is to go to B&N, browse for 5 minutes, see 10 thousand things I remember reading or having wanted to read, and picking out one or two favorites after an hour of painstaking decision-making.

Love books. Unless they're textbooks. Well actually, I like textbooks too, as long as they're not convoluted tomes filled with unnecessary details.

Nothing better than sitting down with a good book through half the night. Even better than my summer half-night gaming sessions.

Aha, the face is a hm.. More to a negative face? Sad? I wouldn't want to purchase a textbook using my money I earned lol! Not interesting unless I know I will be using it for the next who knows how many years. Especially History, but I don't like history textbooks because it's just.. Too much information and it's a secondary source. Plus, it's not like I'm going to be even using the history so there's no point in my opinion unless I plan on taking APUSH which is.. A very few chance because it takes a lot of writing and reading which I'm not up for.
