I currently use the G430 from logitech but over the past 3-4 years it has broken like 5 times and I am looking to get a different headset? Got any suggestions?
I am looking for:\
  • Physical volume control
  • Microphone on headset
  • USB
  • Padded ear cups
I would prefer for it to be around the $50 range but just don't send me stuff above like $70. Thanks! :)

I had a Razer Kraken years ago. It’s not a bad headset but there are definitely better ones out there for the same price.

Oo good to know. I heard from a friend that the microphone on it is garbage, not sure if that is true though.

Not quite a "headset" (doesn't have a mic), but they're very comfortable to wear and the audio quality is amazing for the price. Use these myself on my personal rig.

$100 on amazon currently - link

But you can frequently see them dip to the $70 price range. Definitely a recommend from me

(P.S - Most of the microphones you'll find on headsets are either very expensive or very trash, be careful when picking)

SteelSeries Arctis 7 2019 Edition (What I have) or Arctis Pro

Once you switch do a wireless headset you won't forget. I've literally gone afk and ate breakfast with this on it has great range, sound quality, latency (barely any delay), volume controls on the fly & headset, and a manual mute mic button. If you want to you can use the bathroom with this thing on

I personally have the HyperX Cloud Revolver S, and I am very happy with it. To match with what you want to spend though, you might want to consider this, or I would really recommend this if you want to spend another $20

If you don't mind me asking, what is the difference between the two headsets? The Cloud Stinger looks good as I can tell (I have the connector to go from the 2 cords to a USB so it should work) but I am confused on any other differences... in a good way. :p

Pro has better quality material, detachable microphone and slightly better audio quality, oh and much better frequency responses.
