What host should I use?

So i recently wanted to open a faction server. This faction server will probabally have 30+ players. It will also have atleast 90 MAX plugins. Can someone please tell me what server host I should use that would not lag and have enough RAM to keep up with this.

It's important to choose a host that doesn't oversell. Many cheaper hosts will oversell to offset their lower prices.
