What Host to Use for a Factions Server with 15-20 playerbase?

My factions server has a 15-20 playerbase, and right now we used shared hosting 8gb. It's pretty laggy sometimes, and with donations coming in, I've been looking for proper hosting to switch to.

I'm looking at OVH, is that a good idea for a server like mine?
Also would a VPS be smart (https://www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-ssd.xml) or a dedicated game server (https://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/game/).

I assume the game server has more power, but its way, way more expensive.

If I did get the VPS, would that have more power than my current server? I'm paying $10 a month from XHostFire for 8gb. Instead, I could get VPS SSD 3 for $14 a month.

It doesn't lag too hard, but cannons especially kill the server.

Okay I think you cpu Is a bit underPowered a server like that usally uses smth like an i7 920
I am not sure but I think epic world generator may be a throttle for such a weak cpu
And if that isnot a throttle for the CPU you have a lot of plugins it is a weak CPU I don't think It can handle smth like that
Easily.And I guess there servers would be the same
