What do you think would happen if all the service teams came together to form a big service team. Do you think everyone would go to them again?

How would the cuts be shared between all tens of owners?

It could work if all freelancers and sales reps quit all teams and agree to be a part of only one. I doubt something like this will happen since there is no benefit for the freelancers or sales reps in this situation. The ticket-claiming competition would be much more difficult. However, If the ticket claiming system was completley reimagined and if the freelancer's cut of 85-90% was increased to 90%+ maybe it could work. Either way, there has been a few massive teams in the past such as Penzzly or Jenkins. Jenkins is coming back soon with a rebrand "Hive Services" in which freelancers are personally assigned comissions from the owners, and where freelancers take 100% of the transaction.

Thats not the point
What I'm saying is I don't think that service team owners who spent a lot of time gathering freelancers and funds on the bot & logo would throw everything away to form 1 big monopoly over the entire service team market without getting anything in return.
Different people invested different funds & time on their service team and hence it'll be impossible to find a middle ground.
Even if it did work, someone will quickly make a new service team in order to compete with what used to be the only service team.

Ignoring all those factors, if there was 1 big and single service team, it'd have a big amount of funds and will advertise itself everywhere, it'd have a website rather than a discord server and would probably be very profitable for the head of the company (unless you share the revenue with every single owner, then they can hope for a minimum wage)
