Im not being a dick. I want to know if he is below 14 because you can’t use this site below 14 years of age. I asked this because from his question, I assumed he was a child.

Ban evading, or evasion of a ban is as the name implies. You basically get around a ban. This is done through numerous ways, such as using a VPN to get around an IP ban, or creating account if a non-IP ban didn’t occur. For hardware bans, it’s harder to get around, but in general most people use a VPN and a separate account to evade bans on websites, games, etc.
People will continue to trash the thread the longer you keep it up. If you need additional answers to what it is message me, otherwise lock it so the trolling/lol’s dont continue /shrug
