What is a good license to use if I want to allow:
Private use, Commercial Use, Modification

But I don't want to allow:
Patent Use, Distribution(other than linking to my github(so they can share the work as their own etc.)
Them to use my name or my company's name without my approval.

And they must:
A copy of the license and copyright notice must be included with the licensed material.
It must be release under the same license
Changes made to the licensed material must be documented.(maybe stated? as well)
Disclose where they got the source/program from.
I also want to have no liability for the source/program.
As well as not provide a warranty for the program.

I also want to make it so I retain the copyright for the program and I want to retain the right to do take-downs, shake-downs, or litigation if the user invalidates or uses the source/program for improper usage; otherwise free to use I just don't want negative usage of my source/program. I want to keep my patent.

I also plan to eventually add in OAuth with discord, google, etc. and need to cover that as well. I also plan to sell a more custom model to users and will be using a different license for that.. I think.
