TID stands for Transaction Identification, this is what allows Mojang to know that you 100% bought that account from them and not from some guy that cracks minecraft accounts for money. This Transaction ID is what allows you to receive support from Mojang regarding your account, without it you have no support. If you want find it, you should have gotten it in the original email when you bought your account, you can look through them to find it as it is very important.
