Hello! What is best VPN for it's price? Maximally $3 / month would be great. If you could suggest me something that has 3+ IPs from 3+ countries like USA, UK and Singapore, I would be really grateful to you.

Right now, I'm using free TotalVPN, that has really limited speed. Looking for quality VPN.
