What is hard for you to moderate on your server/network?

Hey All!

So, recently I decided to make a change in the way I work (as a developer), and become specialised in creating moderation tools that help you and your staff on your servers, with this in mind, I, of course, want to create something that will be beneficial for you all!

So my question to you is, what do you find hard about moderating your server? Or what tools do you wish were available to you to help with the moderation and management of your server?

Will be interesting to see what you all have to say, I look forward to your responses!

Keeping updated with your staff team's activity. I'm not sure how, but im pretty sure you could, figure out a way to log your staff member's time on the server while they are in mod mode and send it to a log or something in a discord bot and post it in a channel or something. Would be a nice feature.

Something I have always dreamed of, which I dont think would be possible is a full fledged staffing client for minecraft. Where users can submit a ticket in chat and it will appear on all staff member's screen with a gui. The staff would then be able to click accept, use a teleport button, and help them, then close the ticket when it was done. Something like that would be unimaginably cool and helpful but like I said, its probably out of reach.

This is something that can be created for sure, sounds like quite a handy feature for a lot of people here on MCM, I'll jot this down for creation

Very possible actually, disable others chat messages being sent to the users involved, disable their chat messages from being sent to other users.

Ye it seems you're right. I actually found some old plugin that made an attempt at this, but stopped developing. It's open source so I might actually pick this up myself and create such a chat

This full-fledged staffing plugin is something I am actually working towards building as I have wanted a full-fledged plugin that has everything I need and it saves me having to download multiple plugins, not to mention, it would be much easier to edit too.

Though this is something that will take me a good month to make an MVP version to publish, since I am also aiming for quality too (as there are too many low quality moderation plugins out there)
