There is no good free anti-cheats unless you're good at configuring NCP(NoCheatPlus). I use a custom coded hack detection, it only alerts hacks but also has a level where if it's reached the player will set off an autoban function to then ban the player. Works very well, I'll provide a screenshot.

I'm selling the first version which also works quite well at a starting price of $150. Yes, it seem like a big price but it works extremely well. If you're interested in this PM me for further discussion.
