I would recommend AAC (Advanced Anti Cheat).
Ninja does a good job but provides false positives for several things including bow boosting and doesn't allow a configured level of auto bans. If you are looking for a plugin that gets the auto ban job done for most hacks, and you can still use NCP or some other anti-fly plugin, I'd highly recommend Ninja. (Remember, you must have a plugin compiled under the name of "PureCore" for the backend to be closed.)
