There is no "the best". Many of them are good, some are better some are worse.
However, you can not say for example DDoS Protection 1 with 500Gbps edge capacity is better than DDoS Protection 2 with "only" 350Gbps capacity because capacity does not result in quality. OVH's VAC, for example, fail at handling many enhanced TCP attacks, and a lot capacity won't bring you much because the packets pass through.
Each protection has its advantages and disadvantages. OVH is much better at handling volumetric attacks whereas Voxility is better with handling TCP traffic. Also what exactly do you ask a link for?
