What is the best factions plugin?

I currently have the paid version of FactionsUUID but I see some servers using the new one "Factions Massive core" and I was wondering which one is the best?

FactionsUUID provides easier optimization and although it doesn't have as many features I'm positive you can get a developer to add new classes into the actual plugin to make it how you want it.
