What is the best gamemode to start with when making a server?

Hi

If you want to start your minecraft server, I think you should start by doing this gamemodes.

SkyWars
Factions
Survival

You should make them because Factions and Survival don't need people a lot active so it's good to new servers that don't get a lot of players.

SkyWars is just a gamemode that will make people call there friends to play on server.

I would choose Survival as it's the most abstract to work with and can be shaped and shifted to how you want with mods and plugins. I feel I'm limited when just doing Factions / SkyWars as I like to create my own plugins from scratch, for e.g. I don't even use the Essentials plugin, I make my own.
