There are a lot of RPG plugins you can grab for cheap and some are even free. Think about McMMO and McPerks for skills and perks, Jobs for...well jobs, Marriage, etc. There's also AdvancedRegionMarket which uses Worldguard for sales and rents.
In the end, you just need to open up the resource websites and search a little, and you'll find what you're looking for. Take a look at Service teams around here too. I'm sure many can answer your needs !
