Well if you won't to go classic with many features you can use ASkyBlock which has over 200k+ in downloads on spigot and voted #1 skyblock plugin on spigot. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/askyblock.1220/

Isn't ASkyBlock not maintained anymore?
