I used to have a playerbase of 10 contsant (from 19th dec -> 24th dec) then christmas hit. I don't know what happened but my theory is that most of the staff went on vacation/holiday and no-one wants to join an empty server...
I usually rely on my staff to get on in the morning - with no on else on - and once players join and more staff join they can leave again. With me not being on, no staff on, no players on I guess the players just thought the server 'died' or something.
That's besides the point; I am trying to REGROW my playerbase!
In the 5 days we had a playerbase we got $80 in donations (http://store.mc-invictus.com/). I am willing to spend around $50 of this on advertisement. Without coming here I have just bought a 9k youtuber for 1 video that's why only $50 and I wish to keep some just incase we hit a rough patch and need it to pay the hosting bill or whatever else.
Please just post suggestions on what the best thing I can do is, the times to do it at (dates and times in EST or GMT timezone) and what order to do things in.
