First of all, don't fucking spam your thread everywhere.

Step 1: Build a good, useful product that solves an actual problem people have. Don’t underestimate this step. If your product sucks, no amount of advertisement will make it take off.

Step 2: Identify your target consumer. Make it as specific as possible. Start broad, and gradually narrow it down to the consumer that will yield the most profit.

Step 3: Research that consumer. Where do they go? If they’re older, they’re probably on Facebook. If they’re younger, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. Forums can be good also. Use your intuition.

Step 4: Advertise there. If that company allows super specific ad targeting (like Facebook), utilize it, you’ll increase your conversion rates.

Step 5: Revise it. You probably won’t get it right the first time. That’s okay, adjust your plan continuously to get the highest conversion rates (or whatever your primary metric is).
