So I have been struggling to get a website UI for my website made. I eventually decided that I'm not good at UIs particularly while designing, and got a designer at cheap but he gave off midway and i dont really wanna pay for each page, and again pay for the front end, and again for back end. I realised website builders make it so much easier at a smaller amount.
What I initially thought of was Wix, with its ADI, it would be easy for me to discover new layouts and themes, and I can pay below $20/month to keep it up and customise anything on my own without knowing any HTML or CSS. But thing is, I need to decide which builder to go with. I can't use WordPress because I know of only little website coding, but it provides me with a wider choice.
I was hoping you guys can help me decide since you may know about it or have experience with them. What In exactly looking for:
- the home page being a simple landing page with pictures and icons, a footer and all.
- A portfolio page, with tabs that will be categories for the images that I can set. And maybe text if they click on the image, kinda like a blog.
- Nice and simple contact page
- the ability to use subdomains, I wonder if I can do that. I already pay for domain from NameCheap, but will using Wix domains be better?
- I want it to be able to connect with a discord bot, so like with an api or whatever.
Thats all i can think of rn. Please lmk if you need any more details regarding my question. Just something i quickly wrote out.
