No, it's just that if you were that cheap AND had a fast and powerful CPU, you wouldn't make much profit or end up losing money.

I don't know everything about it but from my experience, normally the more expensive hosting has better support, faster CPU's, and things that make a hosting company better in general.

And even though it's a joke, no. Just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's 100% better than cheaper hosts; it's just from my past experience with a large variety of various cheap and expensive hosting companies, the expensive ones tend to be better in most areas.[DOUBLEPOST=1501425509][/DOUBLEPOST]
And when I say that cheaper hosts are laggy, I mean that it's laggier than hosts with better hardware.

there are host that cost 1 - 2 $/gb and have i7's cpus or good e5 cpus lmao

Umm the adverage ping from Philipines to France is 270-350 from a DC to a France DC. That means the adverage ping is going to be around 300-600+ depending on how well equipped there internet networks are over there.
