What is the most Common VPN for Minecraft Hackers?

I'm currently attempting to work on a blacklist feature for a server, as Ip-Ban's with numerous anti-cheat plugins don't seem to be working well enough for the community I'm working with. I was curious if anyone knew what VPN's are most common amongst hackers in the Minecraft community, and if anyone knows of any decent premium Anti-Cheats to deal with users like this.

It's been an issue for a few months now, and it's gotten to the point where a banned player will come back within 15 minutes. If anyone is able to help, please let me know!

NordVPN - Mostly because of how many accounts get cracked and sold (even free gens out there)
VyprVPN - A very good vpn for hacking on servers, more secure then nord
IPVanish - A fairly decent VPN
EncryptMe - mainly found in generators

Of course their are more VPN's used however I find that these are the most commonly found and used.

Thank you both for your input! I was aware of Nord, but the rest I haven't heard of. As for the plugin, I'll check it out.
