It takes quite alot of budget, alot of plugins need to be configured, you'd need to pay a build team for making quite a significant map which alone can cost alot, and the server hosting cost will be alot as well.

A server of that caliber isn't made that easy, It usually includes shares and stuff.

- Art
- A LOT of quests configuration
- Custom plugins (between 10 to 32 custom features)
- Models
- Game design
- And I'm sure you will hire the people and keep them around for future updates. so
