Okay, so something has bothered me for a while, I go onto a service team, and I always see CEO and COO etc of service teams.
Are these even registered companies? I am just sick of seeing it.

I kind of wanted to know your thoughts below on what you think about service teams as a whole also, given of course I planned on buying a few or like one, and just have one of my group members run it, but I want to know what you think.
I got some extra time since I got my stuff automatic outside of MCM, so I wanted to know thoughts on this.

Avast and Prime are amazing, smooth process, good workers, overall just a nice group.

Service teams should not be registered either way. There's nothing they can do with it.

Whenever I buy anything on here, I always do not use service teams. I find individual people tend to do better and get paid their full amount.[DOUBLEPOST=1550549199][/DOUBLEPOST]
Most of them cannot even afford to register lets be honest.
Thats facts.

From my observations;
many service teams that lack a very involved upper management trend towards having a bigger administrative team, with many subgroups and fixed policies that spring off on top of that from that scale. Most service teams do not register themselves as a business to "avoid" this is not how it works but they don't know that, I'm not a lawyer and I really don't know what I'm talking about the regulations around employment and payouts, that or they simply do not understand the values and limitations registering doing business in a proper manner serves.

Describing yourself as the CEO of a service team sends a small chill through me now a days. I cringe at the notion that I've likely done it in the past. I think the best way to describe it, is that it's a faux-professional description of their role.

Its because they want to give it structure and make it seem that they are making thousands and thousands of dollars.

I currently only use Avast if I'm really in need of a service and I can't find the right boy to do it, but I'm not getting even closer to touching a discord invite link from a freelance team.
Although it depends on the service they're offering, if it's something unique and new (Like Sword ;w;), then sure I'd join it to look around, but freelance teams? No.

1. Them "CEO"s... - In 95% of the freelance teams I've been to I could almost never find a CEO who actually knew what they were doing.
A. Graphics - I mean, I know it's not required to have some graphics but a little logo and a thread design for $20-30 wouldn't be so bad.

B. Recruitment - In about 70% of the freelance teams that release everyday now, their weird CEO decides it's a good idea to release both service and recruitment stages at the same time!!!

2. Sales Representatives - Like, stop... Legit I don't need to see your advertisement on every single thread there is!
Like I see this post

And I think, yeah it's alright.. Then I go to their messages.

Then there are these even worse ones who actually contact you on discord just to tell you about their team.

These are the 2 main reasons why I don't join freelance teams, and 99% don't support them at all.
If you're in a desperate need of a service, at least use Avast.

Exactly, I cringe everytime I see it.
