I'm really enjoying Pop!_OS so far. Started using it about a month or so ago, wanted to start learning how to work with and use it... Best decision I've ever made! While it's just a fork of Ubuntu, it comes preinstalled with many features so that you don't have to install/configure. Works greatly out of the box and comes with their own theme, which is surprisingly nice.
