What I've learned about PayPal in the last 24 hours?

I am under 18 I have had paypal locked before, I got my parents to call them up and they unlocked it (the account was in there name)
Though it is true that to unlock it your parents must have the name on the account and be able to proved
(a connected bank or SSN or some other type of proof that has there name)
I would just suggest when creating a pp that if you are under 18 ask your parents to set it up for you that makes it so if anything happens like it getting locked you wont have to wait tell your 18 to get it unlocked
