I actually appreciate that someone has asked this question because throughout this quarantine I've gone through a lot of self-reflection to find out what truly motivates me, why I need to be disciplined, and how much I still need to improve.

Discipline > Motivation, motivation is an emotion, and emotions are only temporary. Discipline is something that can last your entire life, but I guess what "motivates" me to be more disciplined, is that I've yet to accomplish my life's purpose (whatever that may be), therefore, I always have something to work towards, whether it be big or small.

Thanks, I hope this provides someone else some motivation to keep moving forward. Keep looking up or forward, never down. There is light at the end of your dark tunnel. <3

I was wondering, what keeps you motivated to go do things? What makes you come out of bed every day and what motivates you to actually do stuff. I am sure a lot of people are having a hard time these days and I would like to know what keeps you motivated to actually do the stuff you do. If you would like to answer this question in private here is my discord: Sylver#5704

Thanks for reading this!
you cant have motivation 24/7. it's more about discipline at this point. I just tell myself that everything in my comfort zone destroys me and that's what I do, I just literally leave my comfort zone as much as possible even if its painful and annoying af. If I got work to do I just grab a cup of coffee, blast music and work my ass off to not let the comfort zone affect the way I live life. Of course there are ways to get temporary boost of motivation (watching motivational videos, podcasts etc) but you should do these before you get to work on something BIG that you think will take a loooooooooooong time and a lot of effort.

but yeah, get out of the comfort zone as much as you can and you should feel satisfied after the day since it was a more productive one. Hope I helped (at least a little bit) :) <3
